Reseller questions
Who bills the end client?
Billing between the reseller and its end client is the reseller’s. Atrilya bills the reseller, monthly, per server. The reseller discount applies based on volume and is shared on joining. The commercial model toward the end client stays in the reseller’s hands.
What happens if a client leaves?
The server leaves the reseller’s fleet: its licence is stopped and it disappears from the agency console. The configuration and the incident ledger reside on the client’s server. The return and deletion procedure is being documented, provided for your assessment.
Who is responsible for the data?
Traffic data and the incident ledger stay on the client’s server; no remote access is opened. Atrilya hosts the console (cloud provider, OVH Beauharnois migration under way, no date). The roles are set out in the DPA, provided on request before signing.
Can a reseller have several teams?
Yes. The multi-client console offers an agency role; you monitor your servers from a multi-server dashboard. Internal team organisation is handled on the agency side. The details of roles and access are in the agency guide, provided on joining.
Is there any training?
Technical documentation, a client prerequisites sheet and an agency guide are provided. The program starts with a technical exchange and the installation of a first server in pilot, in observe: you get hands-on with the console and filtering on a real case before expanding.
Is there a commitment period?
No commitment during the pilot. Terms, duration and the volume-based discount are shared on joining. The pilot installs a first server in real conditions, first in observe, to validate the fit before expanding the fleet.
Can it be resold white-label?
No white-label for now: the product stays identified as AtriShield. Atrilya has no remote access to your clients’ servers. The reseller installs, configures and provides first-line support; Atrilya provides the engine, signed updates, the console and second-line support.
